brakes grabbing when turning and braking. SLIP light comes on...whats wrong

I jus got me brakes a rotos replaced. On my drive home i made a turn changing freeways at about 65mph and it felt like my front passenger side brakes grabbed. i thought i had a flat but its was fine. i then got off the freeway goin about 40mph and made a shape turn the brakes grabbed with out me punchin the brakes. the SLIP cam one...whats wrong. im not leaking any fluid
