Using the advice of this community, I ordered the Brakemotive brake pad and rotor kit online in 2019 for my 2015 Q70s. I waited a while before doing the upgrade and install until the pads needed the replacement. Here is an update after about 2.5 years of use, 30 months.

Oct 2020 64,500 mileage - installation
Mar 2023 102,350 mileage - 7mm pad remaining FRONT, 3mm pad remaining REAR

1. About 38k miles of use and front pads are okay (7mm), and rear pads are about ready for replacement (3mm).
2. The fronts squeak a bit, and they are not as smooth as other cars I've driven, and the fronts seems to have a lot more brake dust.
3. I use a wheel cleaner to remove the brake dust build up, which is much heavier than Stock.
4. Overall, I'm happy with the value and quality. Due to the occasional sqeaking and extra brake dust I would give these a 4/5.

Yeah they are decent for what they cost.
