Brake *whistle/screech* when cold

Okay so i know its normal for Break to whistle once in a while when its cold and the whistling normally stop once the rotor warms up.. BUT! my car whistles every day until the warm up. I have a feeling my Brake pads are going bad (cracks, bubbles, or just wearing out? ) What do you guys think?

P.S - The car got 18,000 Miles

mine do that every winter and summer... after a couple minutes of pressing the brakes it's fine. also if u haven't washed ru car in a while, there could be dust in there

maybe the brake pads is dirty like you said or starting to bubble wears... that swill be something i can deal with. i really hopes its not because the brake pad is wearing out.
