Did you check the run out on the new rotor? Why would you use ceramic pads when the oem pads are a better [optimized] version of ceramic plus slight semi metal.Tires in balance and not abnormally worn [feathered]? New or decent tension rods, wheel bearings and struts?

The rotors on my 98 Q has a tendency to warp causing a vibration when I brake. While changing to Brembo rotors with OEM pads, my mechanic told me that the rotors tend to overheat and suggest removal of the spash guards. Additionally, he cautioned me about not over-torquing the lug nuts. Most shops, including Infiniti dealers use an air-driven impact wrench set to its highest settings and don't bother checking the torque.

Don't they use orange torque limiting sticks, which when calibrated with a reasonable air pressure will be within 5%?

Putting good rotors on warped hubs or failing to use the on the car lathe to properly finish the new non factory rotor to miscorrect the hub warp. Polishing the rust corrosion off of hub and inside used rotors is necessary...........hours of work not usually done because customers won't pay for the extra care.

95% of the brake jobs don't leave in spec so the warping reoccurs fast.

Sounds like something is screwed up.

Check the runout and make sure everything is in spec, even the torque on the lug nuts which can make a difference (more so on small cars)

And always clean your pads and rotors before bolting evrything back together. Grease can make you pull to one side, but won't make it vibrate.
