It's pretty much covered in previous posts. Also depends on how much you want to spend and what work you want to do. If you stick with j30s/q45s which have a banjo-bolt style line, you can swap them right in no problem. Dealing with z32 brakes you need to get conversion lines. Not really a big deal, but still something that has to be done. Also depends on if you are just doing fronts or front and rear. I've got z32's all the way around on my vert and to run the rear calipers you need the whole e-brake setup since it is a drum-brake setup. Most people just swap on the fronts and call it a day. That works of course, and any of those choices are better than stocks.
