if cash isnt a problem. id get an ap racing big brake kit, 6 pot in the front 4 pot in the back, upgrade the brake lines to some stainless steel ones, and get new fluid.

well if cash isn't a problem, get some porsche ceramic brakes. they can be modified to fit.

wait, that might be overkill... i guess we'll never know until you tell us what you use the car for and what you plan on doing to it.

I hate when people say that. Shopping/options are for people with budgets. If youre not worried about how much you spend, just point to a F1 car and say "I want those brakes".

If youre looking for something a just a little better than Z32 brakes, check out Z33 Brembos...

marcus was pretty much right on the money then.

and you could put in your sig "my brakes cost more than most of your cars"

$4500?

well, let me put it this way, what kind of wheels do you have? include sizes/offsets/etc.

and tires, if he isn't running r-compounds, it's a waste of about $3500.

indeed, so...

toyo ra-1s and stoptech z32 front and rear upgrade with a z32 master cylinder, sounds about what my ultimate hankering for brakes is, and with the tires itll be fun

i remember your suspension setup being good, dont recall what you have under the hood, but i think this is a rare occasion where you actually can go all out on brakes

if i had 4500$ and i was only allowed to use it on brakes (this would never happen, id never spend 4500$ on brakes) i would get mercedes amg 8 pot calipers, some kind of conversion lines, and an adapter plate paired with some huge *** rotors (like 15"). and since im never terribly concerned with rear brakes i would throw on this rear willans kit for sake of simplicity http://www.arizonazcar.com/240sxbrakes.html. front and rear calipers would be chromed.

wouldnt really be that expensive if you could find the calipers for cheap somwhere.

CHMERCER: i never said i had to spend $4500 just on brakes. im starting my new project since i crashed my other s14.

from my point of view i think i should get all my handling and stopping mods out of the way.

NISMOFLY : as for wheels i havent got yet, like i said brakes in the near future,but i think im going with 5zigen gn+ F 17X8.5 +12 R 17X9.5 +15

NOT SURE IF GN+ COME IN THAT OFFSET THOUGH.

Dude, youre digging a hole...

Are these the Benz brakes youre talking about?? I saw them on a AMG C class (I think... maybe it was a E55). They are freaking huge.
