brake upgrade!!need help...to make a decision

hey guys im looking to do a complete upgrade for the front of my 05 3.5 se altima im trying to get something thats noticeably better than my stock rotors of course and that i will gain stopping power this is what i have in mind power slot rotors or stillen cross drilled...good ridge g stop stainless steel brakelines..300zx aluminum front calipers...hawk hp street pads ? anyone have done something similar please help me out.. or give me some advise tell me what you have and what will fit than you

I recommend you find someone willing to test fit this with you before you actually buy those calipers. For one thing you may need a mounting bracket to adapt them. Secondly, they are larger so they may not fit depending on what size wheels you have. Thirdly you are wandering into unknown territory when it comes to getting the correct fluid pressure for those brakes on this car, so you need to talk to someone who knows about the current master cylinder compared to the 300zx master cylinder. It may behoove you to find someone who has done the BBK or G37 brake upgrade.

Dam u think so bro !! Ur post made me doudbt it a lot lol.. Anything u recoment I know I want better rotors steel brakelines.. New bigger better pads calipers the biggest wheels il ever run are 18 s

Hey man, you are in luck! Someone else has put those calipers on an '05 SER. He did indeed have to use a relocation bracket to mount the caliper. Check it out:http://www.nissanclub.com/foru....html
