Ok im having a problem with my brakes. The main issue is that it feels like the car is constantly braking. Its not heavy braking but its enuff to throw me forward when coasting. The car does NOT roll back on hills and I cannot coast long at all. I have replaced all the pads and the front calipers, and the vaccum hose going from the brake servo/booster going to the intake manifold. The calipers are not sticking, because when i turn the car off jack it up pump the brakes a few times, the wheels turn fine. The problem only exists when the car is on, could it be the brake booster? Please reply with any advice you may have. Thanks

thats wierd. it sounds like your brakes are dragging but that would cause the wheels to be hard to turn. all i can think of is that one of your calipers may be hanging up.
