hi totally new to this site, i live in Ireland and have a 2006 1.5 nissan almera hatchback, i'm having a lot of trouble with my brakes the front drivers side in particular keeps binding, I have changed the caliper, changed the flexi hose, changed the abs unit, changed the brake fluid, filed down the brake pads, tested and cleaned the brake lines and they're all fine all i have left is the master cylinder, I have a replacement one to fit i am just wondering what will i do if this doesn't solve my problem? head is melted   any help would be great!!! thanks a mil

Welcome to NICO!! Happy St Patrick's Day :)

I wonder if your ABS sensor is somehow messing up too, although usually that just triggers the ABS a lot earlier than it should, as opposed to locking up the caliper.
The only things I can think of is the master (like you said), or if there is some sort of blockage in a brake line that will allow pressure past it, but not back into the master, therefore keeping pressure on the caliper/brake disc.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have flushed all the brake lines and none seem to be blocked I also haven't got an abs light on my dash which is more annoying, so i will fit the replacement master cylinder in morning and let you guys know how I get on hope it works, thanks again mate
