Hey everyone! It's been a while since I posted here, but I"m hoping to get back under the hood, so to say. Anyway, I've got to do some work on my Infiniti's and thought that I should start with the brakes. They're yelling at me.

I was wondering what you guys recommend for replacement pads. The OEM pads from the local Infiniti dealer was about $70 per pair. I've replaced brakes on a 94 Sentra and lots on a 73 Ford Torino and the guy in parts said it was about the same process. Pull off the old pads, compress the piston with a c-clamp, and put the new pads back on.

I've got a 95 J30 with about 104,000 miles on it. I've also got a 98 QX$ with about 100,00 miles on it and neither have probably ever had much done to them.

If there's already been a discuss on this, just direct me in the direction.

Thanks and I'm glad to see yall going strong!

I'd order the pads from Joe at Infiniti of Scottsdale... hopefully the old pads aren't down to the metal or you may be in for brake rotors too!
