When installing new pistons with seals into the MC... what kind of lubricant do we use on the seals... I know we can use just brake fluid... but Nissan uses some type of grease... and I would like to use that if possible.

i recently redid my clutch MC and I stole some of the pink grease off of my new OEM slave cylinder that was on the seals. I have nothing to steal from this time :oface .. what type of grease is used? any recomendations?

the inner o-ring uses brake fluid. The one for the outer boot thing was the pink/red grease stuff. Dunno of a substitute for it though, but chances are you can probably use brake fluid in there too. My next best guess would be that brake grease that they sell in tubes at your local auto parts store. A buddy of mine used that greyish CRC brake grease
