You should "search" the sedan section for the answer. I just typed in "big brakes" and searched the coupe section of the forum because I remembered there have been threads on this in the past. I hardly ever look at the sedan section.

Most questions have already been asked and answered on this forum, you should start a thread only after you have searched and cannot find the answer. I am pretty sure the brakes are the same between the coupe/sedan but you need to re"search" to confirm this.

The G37/370z Akebono brakes and/or aftermarket BBK can work w/ the 07+ Altima Sedan/Coupe except the lines and banjo bolts. Or vice versa. The G37/370z non-akebono brakes will also work w/ the 07+ Altima Sedan/Coupe except the lines(different length and mounting point) and banjo bolts.

The fronts will not work and will need a custom bracket. The rear brakes will.
