I Have a 93 240 vert. I'm looking to upgrade my Brakes and Hubs. I have access to a 94 300ZX. will the front and back parts interchange. I Have the complete suspention, 5 stud hubs w/ the duel piston calipers, with the wheels. Will this work, or can it be Made to work without it being so complicated. Any advice will be appreciated.

And can anyone tell me How to make the Headlights just open Half way. I think that's cool.

Thanks, Dayne.

How are you? Welcome!!I'm in the middle of brake upgrade and these articles will give you some good ideas on the brake.

As far as hub goes, if 300zx is NA, rear will fit. I don't think z32 front will fit on s13. You need to figure out what's on 300zx first. Ichiba is sponsor here and their price is good and never heard about problems with their products.zerothread/174698

Here's the thread about the headlights. If you search 'sleepy eye,' you will see related threads.zerothread/193789

Good luck and keep us posted.

sorry to hear about your trans going.

You'll be happy after you've done the 5 spd swap. It's a great improvement for the car.

Most people post pics by uploading them to a free hosting website. You can also sign up for a small fee for Iserve.. which is directly linked to NICO and makes things super easy!!!

Don't sweat the pictures.. we're just messing with you.. You can wait until you've got it fixed up a bit before you post pics if you want.

Keep us updated on the 5 spd swap. Check the FAQ's sticky for a link to the 5 spd swap thread. It's incredibly well done... it will have all the info you need to do the job.

It is true that you have found the best Nissan site on the planet!!

As for chat.. Many of the members have become friends with many other members... and a lot of us do chat via personal AIM accounts. If you don't have an Instant Messaging account set up.. it would be a great idea.. BUT.. IM is not part of NICO.

NICO is all about the forums. That's how we chat. Many other sites have private messaging systems.. but all that accomplishes is to keep great information behind closed doors.. We'd rather keep those discussions in public on the forums so that everyone can learn from any knowledge that is shared. As you can see.. the system works very well!

Having said that.. of course you are welcome to chat privately with anyone who posts their AIM account... Click on a persons screen name and you will find their profile screen.. in there they will usually have email and IM accounts listed.

You are right about having a wealth of information. The best ways to find that info are usually to start with each forums sticky threads at the top. Those are designed to lay out the general facts and link to many of the best threads in the forum. After that.. use the search button. If the search button doesn't yield the info you are looking for feel free to post up your questions or start new discussions. You'll never be given a hard time for anything in the 'vert forum. A few of the other forums are a little more picky about things.. so be sure to search prior..

Anyhow.. enjoy NICO! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help with your enjoyment of the site.. or with your awesome car!!!
