Well, time for brakes. I currently run Axxis ultimates on EBC dimpled rotors. This setup used to run fine for me but the last few times through the canyon I have experienced a good amount of fade towards the end of a maybe 7 minute run.

Anyone have any input on any of the pads listed below? Searched on a couple, no hits.

1. Project Mu - B Force2. Hawk HP plus3. Porterfield R4S street pad4. EBC Yellow stuff (most ebc pads Ive ever had chew through rotors like mad)

Thanks guys

the project mu's are the lower end ones, equiv to your axxis. the hawks will be better.

the ebc stuff is good, but will only last you like a few months, and you'll need new rotors after, haha.

have you done other things, like stainless brake lines, brake flush w/ some good fluid (the blue brake fluid comes to mind).

... p.s. and if you drove thru the canyons more smoothly and used engine braking, you wouldn't kill your brakes as fast .
