I have a 95 240sx that I just installed Megan coilovers on over the weekend. The installation went perfect except that my rear calipers are now partly engaged at all times. I can hear rubbing/scrapping soundat all times that only gets worse when you apply brakes. I checked all suspension clearences and even removed the parking brake thinking it was engaged party. However nothing works. The only thing I have not done is bled the system. Any suggestions?

or do this...

un mount the rear calipers, turn the pistons into the bore by 90 degrees only to allow some space between the caliper-pads, (90 only to keep the piston tabs aliagned to the pads' alignment nipples <shrugs>

remount the calipers as well as the freshly lubed sliding pins & don't forget the parking brake cables...

go drive to a parking lot & hit reverse while applying brakes to get the pads readjusted to the rotors again...

well if you removed your calipers, did you jest let the hang by the brake hose? because if you did it is likely that you damaged the inside of the hose. This causes a bubble or nipple on the hose kinda like on a ****ed up tire or basketball, and this will let the brake fluid run through the hose and not return from the caliper depending on the type of rip in the hose. so if you did let the caliper bungee(sp) from your car check the brake hose for damage.
