brake squeal (the pads are fine i used antisqueal)

i have checked and checked and checked my brakes and the squeal horribly. i have turned the rotors a few times put new pads on tried different pads i use anti squeal on the back of the pads and im gernerous. im pretty sure its the pad to the rotor thats squealing any suggestions.
