Brake Proportion Valve question

I have a '96 SE with no ABS. I bought a Wilwood proportion valve to balance out my front and rear brake pressure (I have the big Brembo kit). The question is, which line do I hook the valve to? There are 3 lines from the master cylinder. Two go to the front and are in a 'V' formation from the top and there is one on the bottom from a small cylinder that goes to the rear of the car. The valve has an 'in' and 'out'. the 'In' goes to the master cylinder. I looked at the manual from this site and it had ABS. Any suggestions? Thanks:help
