Hey guys, I have a 95 240sx which had been sitting for about 2 months in the recently cold weather of MD. I got it towed last weekend, and the rear pads, not too sure about the fronts, were stuck onto the rotor. Ofcourse the tow truck was able to break this bond, bond now that the new engine is in, and I'm driving it, the whole car shakes when I brake. I was thinking maybe just a set of brake pads would do the trick. The feedback is just horendous! Feels like if I brake any harder, the wheels are gonne fly off! I Just need help with what to do...

P.S. I bolded the important facts.

id get the rotors turned, or just get new ones. possibly flush the system to get the old fluid out, or at least test the current fluid. take a look at all your rubber lines for bubbles, cracks n wear. pending on your cashflow, it'd be a perfect time for brake upgrade! hawk pads, slotted rotors, stainless lines

everthing was new before we bought it. well for the most part. I think the breaks should kind of run through the rust and such and eventually be free from the bond. Hopefully it doesnt take longer than 2 days. But if they were fine before, and now, the brakes feel as if they are being semi-pressed while cruising, should I just pop in new pads?

I would check all your calipers to see if they are seized.-jack the car up and spin each wheel by hand to make sure they all spin freely.
