Brake Problem?

I changed my front brakes and then i checked them but my brakes werent grabbing so i bled them and still nothing so then i decided to bleed the back ones so i did and still nothing...And while the cars off the brakes feel good but when i turn it on their way tooo soft...And when I drive and hit the brakes i hear this horrible sound coming from the rotor could my brake pads not be but on correctly? If they are what else could it please help!!!
