ok I got the car and at first i thought the caliper was locked up ...After I pump the brakes the car wouldnt roll, like if the e-brake was on. Bleed the right rear and I didnt tighten the valve back and it rolls just fine... if i tighten the valve back and push the brakes it locks up again. Ive tried another caliper and it does the same thing.. The car isnt running right now but i need to get this fixed

Sounds like it could be a partially pinched brake line or the master cylinder.

I would inspect both rear brakes for anything thats not kosher..Be sure ALL brake pads are sliding properly. that the caliper is secure and the lines are free and not pinched or binding. The poportioning valve may be the problem and not the master cylinder if you have a strong pedal that doesnt bleed down with foot pressure. If the car was repaired before you got it dont rule out any possible error that could have been made upon reassembly..........OH yea get a service manual for about 15 bucks and use it........you never ever want to guess about safe brakes

or just go and download the FSM for your year for free.

but your problem sounds like a pinched line, clogged m/c or bad porp valve.
