brake problem, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, lets see how i can start this off, i had bought some new rotors for all around, well i had changed them all, and when i had put back on all the calipers i had blead each one, well when ever iam bleeding the pedal gets hard, but when i turn on my car, the pedal is all spungy, and about to drop to the floor, before i had change the rotors, the car would atleast stop without a hesitatin. I had blead the brakes atleast 4 times, going in the correct pattern, which it should be done, but same thing. Anyone know whats wrong, please any help would be nice thanks the car is a 1990 240sx
