Ok, so I finally got the check engine light to go off. Followed the FSM steps and found out it was a broken wire of all things from the distributor. No more $hitty gas mileage :icon18

Then I moved on to brakes (just replacement). The fronts went fine, no problems. Went to the rears, get the pads out, and the damn piston will NOT go back in. I used a 6" C-clamp and the damn things won't budge. I detached the e-brake and that didn't help either. Anyone had a problem with a seized piston before? So I put the old pads back in (squeeling like mad) and said f*ck it for right now. :angryfire

i had a caliper freeze up on me in the rear, i just replaced them. if it wont go back in then you will most likely run into woing through pads like mad if it wont release. its time for some new calipers. as for the squeaking, just put some brake quiet on the back of the pads when you put them back on.
