This started two nights ago when I was on the freeway. Whenever I am next to a baracade or even a car I hear one of my brakes squeeling really loud. I've mapped it down to the left rear (disc brake). It seems to be dragging pretty bad because it's really loud and felt very hot. The thing is, it does it about 1/4 of the time I drove it home yesterday and it starts when I make a left turn, or even change lanes to the left.

Is it just the brake dragging or could it be the trunion bearing? I'm pulling it apart this afternoon when I get home from work (got a ride here ). Any help is appreciated!!!

I'm guessing it's the brake caliper. I had the same problem on my '92 and the caliper had seized. Couldn't even be rebuilt so I bought a set of loaded calipers from the local parts whore and problem was solved.

Just take the wheel off and inspect the brake caliper. Should be real obvious if it's seized.
