Brake pedal hard but they work

Here is what's goin on when i first start the car up the brakes works fine. then the pedal gets stiff and it feels like the brakes are not releasing all the way the way i can tell is when i am on a hill the car doesn't roll back when i push the clutch in. i did notice some dust on one of the rims. i already bleed the wheel with the dust on it i did see another thread on this topic but i think mine is somewhat different

why dont you try to bleed all 4 corners? start with the farthest from the MC and work your way forward.
