Well, i upgraded to z32 master, and everything works fine. One thing however bothers me, and that is the free play when brake booster is on. The manual says 2mm free play, but I do not know whether that's w/engine on or off. I can get 2mm easy w/engine off, and pumping on the brakes a little, but again, w/the booster, i have at least 15mm before stiff engagement. I've read a writeup in zilvia.net on adjusting the booster rod to have less free play, but I do not want to adjust anything if I am already w/in spec. So again, thanks for any info.

FYI: the brakes work wonderful and are properly bled, I have a stiff pedal after those 15mm and no soggy feel.

PS: What does it feel to run w/o booster? Pros? Cons?

mine has as much play, im gona look at the fsm tonight and see how much there is suposed to be

about running without the booster:turn off your engine, then step on the brakes a few times, then push down on the pedal hard, even if you do it as hard as you can, you cant brake the same as with the booster, and your stoping distances will be decreased greatly
