ok i do a lot of canyon runs and if you have ever done a canyon run you will know that your brakes will get hot very fast and you will not be able to brake as good so i wanted to know what kinds of brake pad can i get that won't heat up so fast because i have drill sloted rotors and it helps a little but i need some pads that won't heat up so fast so that i can get better braking, i have stock s13 calipers non-abs so any info. would help

cheapest/easiest good upgrade is upgraded rotors all around (sounds like u already have those) use the stock rear calipers but rebuild if needed, get q45 front calipers and rebuild then braided lines for it. use either project mew pads or hawk

dont need any special rotors or anything

axxis ultimate or something along those lines for pads, and change your brake fluid to something with higher heat capacity

stainless lines are for pedal feel, they really wont do anything to help fade...worthwhile still though, unless you plan a caliper upgrade later, in which case you wont need them anyway

hmmmf. maybe not fade, but i've heard stories of brake lines slowly melting on the inside causing the fluid properties to change. but true, that would be pressure anyways

^ yeah, and i also heard the stock lines under extreme heat can expand and cause inconsistent pedal pressures
