In general, most of us long-time Infiniti owners tend to recommend the factory OEM pads. Many have tried other brands and always find that the compromise between longevity and braking performance in the OEM material is still the best way to go.

With rotors, you do have choices. Pick something that has dense, heavy material - the heavier quality iron, the better. The OEM is a good choice, of course, but you can get Brembo, Bradi and Powerstop rotors that are equally good.

Short of replacing with an entirely different system - like the large brake systems from Wilwood (I do not know if they have anything for M's yet) - you are not going to do much better.

Take a look at http://www.frozenrotors.com. They're cryogenically treated for long life, race tested and like szhosain has suggested, you can use factory pads...even factory rotors.

You can buy the rotors and pads from them or send them the rotors of your choice and they will treat them and send them back to you. You'll get the longest rotor and pad life of anything else, more than likely.

For the M they have standard, drilled and slotted rotors.

To learn more about their cryogenic process, you can go to http://www.frozenrotors.com/pages/frozen101.php.
