I have a JX35 that needs new brake pads. I'm planning on buying new brake pads and doing them myself since the deal wants to charge $300+. I see the Infiniti parts store selling it for $78 (Rear) and $96 (Front).

Does anyone have experiencing using aftermarket pads or should I just get the original pads? I'm not too concerned about the pricing of the original pads; but if i can get a higher performance brake pad for the same price, I'm all for that too. My other concern with aftermarket is that I want to make sure it fits right.

Anyone have personal experience with different brands and fitting brake pads on the JX?
