I have an 04 touring six speed and I want to upgrade to the factory Brembo rotors and calipers. Do the non-Brembo brake lines work with the Brembo brake calipers? Will I have to replace the whole braking system to upgrade my non-Brembo brake calipers to the brembo calipers?

If you're looking to upgrade your calipers there are better calipers available than the OEM Brembos.

But to answer your question, it looks like there are some minor differences between the lines.

Check out page BR-11 and look at the tightening diagram. At the very least there are some different fittings based on the torque specs.

Then this parts list from the Courtesy Parts 350Z section shows an extra line for the Brembo calipers. Both setups use part number 46201M (looking at the RH front caliper), but the Brembo caliper also shows an extra piece - 46245.

I'm on the couch with the flu or I'd go to the garage and take some pics of the Brembo plumbing for you.
