Brake lights won't turn off!

Popped open my hatch tonight, and a second after the hatch light came on my rear lights came on, then a second later the brake lights came on. Key was not in and light switch was off. Just pulled the brake light fuse, gonna look at it tomorrow. It doesn't look like there is a brake relay so where should I look?

Spent 5 minutes trying to jury rig it, went to the dealership and picked up the stopper for $6.66. 5 minutes later it was fixed.
