Replaced the switch under the dash for them, still stay on all the time. Would pulling it out more fix the problem? Any ideas on things I can check?

in the brake pad, its a switch... maybe it is damaged because time and use.... the switch has a conector.... if u disconect it, and the lights turn off.. there is..... if not... well.. i dont know other posibilities....

i had the same problem... i do what i told you,and i solve theproblem.... if theswitch is damaged, you need to swap it , but theposses is hard =)

Already swapped it, took my five minutes. I just took the cruise control switch next to it out, then took the switch out for the brakes. Taking the connector out did fix the problem. I'm thinking it just needs to be adjusted, I'm gonna go do that now.

Ok, just went out and adjusted it, I got worried when i was able to tighten the switch all the way down to its backing, lol. Reached my hand back there and there was nothing for the switch to touch! So, now my question is should there be something back there for it to touch? Any ideas on what I can do to make something? I'm thinking some duct tape.

Problem solved with a penny, some duct tape and a little fine tuning!
