Brake Lights on when turning on lights

ok i have an 89 240sx when i turn on my lights the lights come on as if i have my brake pressed third light and all, i was damn wtf is this now, its been like this for a while never really bothered me but now that i finnaly have my drusei control working it does not work with my lights on, this happened when i replaced the stoppers in the brake peadle, at the time the brake lights were on all the time, so afterwards i thought i would just go away with time... if any one has any thoughts it would be helpfull thanx

ok if you couls not understand what i wrote up there here is something i found out its like when i hit my brakes it turns on my running light, all interior lights are on and everything, when i turn on my lights like headlights everything lights up inside like normal but it looks like im hitting my brakes there has to be a bad realy on somthing does anyone know where it is.....

okay i figured it out one of my brake light blubs was burned, by that i mean that the metal conector was burned and it was hitting the plastic, so if yall ever have any crazy shyt like this happen to you check the bulbs first, and was sending a feedback thoughout my system which caused it to do what i was explaining its always the last thing you think of..ughhh oh well it works now sry for posting so much
