Hey guys,

I have a technical question for a problem that I just cannot solve. I have a problem with one of my brake lights. When the headlights are not turned on and the brake is pressed all of the brake lights turn on bright except one of them, it is dim but on. When the headlights are turned on all the tail lights are the same brightness, however, if the brake is pressed the one bulb goes out until the brake is released at which point returns to the same brightness as before.

I have tried brand new bulbs thinking that it was a faulty bulb. I have also made sure that they are a two brightness bulb.

Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong? Is it possible a whole new electrical assembly? Or maybe a simple loose connection in a wire that is not visible?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
