Title says it pretty much. The light is pretty much always on when the car is on. It can go off in 2nd gear and up but then the light constantly makes a buzzing noise. It will come back on during a shift and then go back off after I'm going again. It will also turn back on (after being off) when I push in the clutch to brake and slow down, or just coast for that matter.

Ive noticed that when it is on, and I pull the e-brake it gets brighter, and then when I release the e-brake it will dim a bit, but still remain pretty bright. It is just a slight dim, you can barely tell unless you really look.

I don't think my brakes are dragging. They were after a 3 mile drive with the e-brake engaged.. fail i know. I fixed the dragging though I think, so I don't think they are dragging.

It isn't indicating worn pads or anything because I just went through the whole brake setup and replaced everything, so it's all new.

Any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it?

Flaming is fine, I just really want an answer on how to rid my car of this small issue.

then that'd just not make the light work right? If there is actually a problem I don't want to just cover it up by taking out the light indicating it.

Take out center console and check the wire that triggers the brake light, work with it a little bit and it should resolve the problem. It's probably constantly triggering the light, mine did it too.

What do you mean by work with it? Should I do something specific?

Sounds like a fuse is burnt. Check your fuse inside the car and the engine bay. I had the same problem with the buzzing noise and brake light. My engine control fuse kept blowing, I think its my ecu, have to wait till I change it to tell.
