brake light goes on when turning

well just like the title my brake light on my console goes on when i give it a hard turn, esp. freeway off ramps or on ramps. i think one time it even locked up. my ebrake is down and off but it just goes on and i have to pump the ebrake a couple times to get it off.

also when i want to use the ebrake the dam thing doesnt even work.is it just the cable? should i tighten it. im getting pretty use to it but its just irratating.

check your brake fluid. and what do you mean by 'it even locked up'?

your low on brake fluid and your rear brakes are most likely non-existant.
