Let me start with, sorry if you have been searching through the forums today and seen this 3 times, I am posting it in a few different areas to try to reach anyone who can help.

Firstly I need a 3rd brake light ( the one that mounts to the window) for my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder. I cant seem to find it anywhere. I think I just need the black housing case for the light but would be willing to buy a new light and housing for it if need be. where can i find one?!

Secondly, any thoughts on this- the same 2000 Nissan pathfinder has a clunk in the front, not when turning or anything like that, just when hitting pot holes or the lovely washboards we get on vermont dirt roads. I have had 2 bushings replace and my front shocks, which made it go away for a year or so, but now it is back and my mechanic looked at it and said he doesnt know what it is. Its not loud and scary, but persistant and annoying, any thoughts?!Thanks!

#rd brake light hit the junkyards. the clunk jack up the front, one side at a time if necessary and pull on the wheel top to bottom side to side and see if the bearings are worn or has slack in front end parts. A good mechanic should be able to inspect the front and find something worn if it is clunking. Inpsect all bushings there are a few.

Well, if the bushing replacement made it go away.....

The struts themselves may also be worn out.
