brake job

i think my truck needs a brake job soon. it's an 06 xterra. i'm new to the nissan world so i just wanted to know if i would need any specific kinda tool for this job or if just standard tools will do. thanks!

I assume you're just doing pads and not turning rotors, yet, correct?

If so, regualar metric wrenches/sockets and a big C clamp should be all you need.
