how do you bleed the ABS module on a 1997 infiniti QX4?

You don't, leave it alone. It is not specified in the bleeding order. The correct bleeding order is:

1. LSV air bleeder (Models equipped with LSV)
2. Left rear brake
3. Right rear brake
4. Left front brake
5. Right front brake

You have an LSV if your QX4 is 4WD.
