Brake issues !!!

Ever since I installed my coilovers. Whenever I accelerate my car really hard or make a hard turn, an e-brake light keep popping up. I already refilled my brake fluid. What seems to be the problem now ? brake line ? Also, my right front brake sounds squeaky now and I think the noise keep increasing. I have almost 15000 miles on car. Is it the right time to replace my brake ? Thanks for any help.

May have something to do with the TCS system...do you have the VDC system as well?
