To all late model G35 owners - I'm sure this topic has been covered; but, just in case - I drive a 2008 G35X with 24,400 miles and was experiencing brake pulsation at low speeds, and brake judder at highway speeds. Brought this into my local dealer and had them resurface the front rotors and replace the rotor backing plates (to full plates instead of the factory "half-moon" shaped plates) at no charge - the TSB code was ITB09-037A. I was told that the rotors were thick enough to re-surface twice (unlike Lexus which can only be done once), can anyone confirm this? Have you had this work done and did it fix the problem?
