Brake Handle Question for s13

I got a used but great condition Momo Shadow shift knob, and would like to match it with a carbon fiber momo pitstop brake handle. Does anyone know if the handle will fit my s13 fastback?

I've read from some that it IS universal, and from others that it's not. Do I need an adapter? Will it fit at all? Anyone installed one of these? Thanks in advance!
