Can DOT4 be used? The OM only mentions DOT3, but as I understand it, the only difference is a higher boiling point. I want to flush & replace, not just bleed & add to the DOT3.

You can use Dot 4 fluid if you want, but it will essentially be pointless for your car. As the car's braking system was designed for the dot 3 boiling point.

Thanks guys; for saving me time, effort, & $. I’ll use the $25 you saved me to pay for the RL rear endlink SS upgrade. lol
