Yesterday I tried to close the hood with a hand with residue of brake fluid. i didn't realize it and have it stayed overnight ... this morning when i try to clean my car up, I found some brown tiny dots that can't be removed, it is rusted out ? can i do anything to remediate the problem ? any help would be appreciated, Thx !

Not sure on how to fix it, if it hasnt eating through the paint get some acetone or mineral spirits and wipe it LIGHTLY! Too much pressure and you will pull the paint right off. Also, you could try more brake fluid but whenever you are done, wipe any and all residue clean off it or youll be in the same boat again tommarow :).

Yeah thats probly a good idea, but make sure you get all of the residue off when your done. Your going to have to use soap and the such because water just slips right over stuff.
