No, it does not evaporate, you have a leak.

When it comes to leaks, do the common sense stuff first. For example, monitor the level and activity of the reservoir. detecting where the leak is coming from is another ballgame, so you could either plug it yourself or have a mechanic do it for you.

get outside and check all the lines front to back side to side blah blah. follow from the brake MC all the way to the calipers. if no leak is evident then remove the wheels and check the calipers for wetness. i had to diagnose a leaky brake system once and it was leaking around the caliper piston seal. never would have seen it unless the brake pads were removed.

good luck

My master cylinder was losing fluid too. It was easy to diagnose though because of the puddle of brake fluid at the rear right tire. I just replaced all the caliper seals and that fixed it.

most of the time, it will be leaking from a seal, it is not very common to have a leak in a line or somthing, so you should check the easy things first (master cylinder), then go from there to check the wheel cylinders, and if you still dont find anything, then is the time to follow all your hardlines back and check those
