im having problems with my brakes it seems its leaking fliud and now that i fill it up it makes a noise like if i my power steering gave out.(winding) and after i turn of the car the noise slowly goes away. can it be my brake booster?

what do you guys think?

instead of guessing the problem, you should start by following the brake lines/hose/components inside and outside the car and see if you see any leaks.

find out where its going because if you don't fix it, its dangerous and it will eat your paint. also when you fix the problem, make sure you bled the brake system

That's a pretty vague description, but I have seen master cylinders fail and leak into the booster. Which is seriously bad because the brake fluid will be sucked into your engine and destroy it.

Either way bad brakes or possiblity of severe engine damage justifies not driving it until it's figured out.
