Have any of you ever seen this before? My booster has the tell-tale signs of the MC leaking - rusted to heck at the BB/MC joint, but I also have fluid entering the car.

From my understanding the BB is simply a diaphram of sorts - is it even possible for brake fluid to enter the booster? There wasn't any fluid in the vacc line. I don't see how the fluid could enter the car simply leaking externally though (it would have to leak down to the bottom portion of the booster where it mates to the firewall, then seep back up to near the input shaft..??). That's where the fluid is entering BTW.

I plan to check to see if it will hold a vacuum, but I figured I would get some opinions in the meantime.

OK I'm an idiot - I wasn't paying attention and just assumed it was the brake MC - it is in fact the clutch MC.

Thanks!
