brake fluid advice for 02 Q45

Hi,I have my car at a local shop for tire rotation and brake inspection.

Its about time to flush the brake fluid, should I let the local shop do it or take is to Infiniti. Is there a brand of brake fluid I can tell the local shop to use?Regards,Wasim.

Best to bring your preferred brand of brake fluid with you,and observe the process......or you may end up with just a master cylinder resivour full of nice new clear fluid {suctioned out and replaced in 30 seconds},and thats it! Too easy for shops to shortcut on this procedure,and pocket the profits.

The shop that I go to is a trusted shop and they don't mind me looking when they are working on it.

Which brake fluid would you recommend.
