Brake Drag

Hey all,

So, I've been experiencing some brake drag in my rear brakes. At first, I thought the emergency brake cable was the culprit, but I've removed the tires and drums, and it seems to be functioning properly. In neutral, when I spin the drum (e-brake off), I hear some drag on the inside. I've reduced the adjuster to it's minimum on each side, but I still hear some drag. What's the next step to diagnosing this problem? Do I need to look at the pistons, bleed the brakes, something else?
