Whenever I step on my brakes it creeks and pops. It still make the sound even when the car is off.

it could quite possiably be worn out bushings.
I am assuming you have z32 brakes because my z32 do that all the time. I can be stopped and press the brake peddle and still hear a creeking sound. I know other people on this forum have had similar issues, but I have not run across any old posts that have solutions to that problem. I order all new hardware like that pins clips etc. I will install them next week sometime. I will see if that fixes that annoying brake noises.

I have the same noises too with my Z32 front brakes. I have all new hardware and everything is installed properly. I don't know why they are so 'vocal' though.
