Brake conversion?

Car: Black 2005 Nissan 350z Touring

I remember when I had a 96 240sx that I changed the front brakes to the 300zx rotor and caliper with conversion lines. I did a search but came up with nothing on this for the 350z. My question is; are the caliper mounting brackets the same on the Grand Touring models as the Touring models? I'd like to convert over to the Brembo brake setup.
